Every voucher spent helps Fort William’s shops, cafés, and services thrive — keeping money where it matters most, in our community. Vouchers are sold in denominations of £5, £10, £20 and £50.

Customer purchases a Fort William voucher in person.

A number of businesses have already signed up, like the Nevis Centre, The Granite House, Highland Soap and many more.
Business submits the voucher and is reimbursed by the BID.

How do I register as a retailer that accepts vouchers?
Retailers, cafés, and service providers can register by completing the online sign-up form. Once approved, you’ll be listed in the “Where to Spend” directory and receive full instructions on redeeming vouchers.
Can any business take part?
The scheme is open to levy-paying businesses within the BID area. Certain levy-exempt organisations may be eligible for inclusion in marketing initiatives — please contact the BID office to check.
How do I register to buy or gift vouchers?
Locals and visitors will be able to purchase vouchers in person at designated sales points.

What denominations are available?
Vouchers will be available in standard values (£5, £10, £20, £50), making them flexible for gifting.
How do businesses redeem vouchers?
Businesses submit redeemed vouchers to the BID for reimbursement. Payments will be made via cheque.
Is there a cost to join?
There is no additional cost for levy-paying businesses to participate. The scheme is funded and administered by the BID.
