BID Fort William’s Property Improvement Grant continues to support businesses across the town centre by helping them invest in their premises and enhance the look and feel of Fort William. One of the most recent businesses to benefit from the scheme is Legend of Arcade, a popular local gaming venue keen to refresh and modernise its frontage.
This upgrade has already made a notable difference, improving visibility, enhancing the street scene and helping ensure the business continues to attract both regulars and new customers.
Legend of Arcade had been planning to improve its shopfront for some time. With a growing customer base, the business wanted a façade that better reflected its vibrant, modern identity. The Property Improvement Grant offered the perfect opportunity to carry out those enhancements without placing financial strain on day-to-day operations.
Through the scheme, businesses can secure up to 75% of improvement costs, capped at £1,200, helping them make improvements that would otherwise take longer to deliver.
